1. General Entry Conditions

Entry is subject to all applicable government legislation, health orders, directions, and mandates that may be in effect at the time of your visit.
Admission includes access to the Santa and Elf photo experience only. Food, merchandise, and optional photo packages are not included in the base admission fee.
Guests under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a responsible adult (18+ years old) at all times.
Session times may be changed or cancelled without notice due to operational requirements. Once a session reaches capacity, it will be marked as sold out.

By attending The Real Santa Experience, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You and your group may be photographed or recorded during your visit.
- These images may be used for security, promotional, or commercial purposes by The Real Santa Experience and its affiliated entities.
- You grant permission for your image, voice, and likeness to be used without compensation or further consent.
Guests are welcome to purchase optional photo packages, which may include digital and printed copies.

You may be refused entry or removed from the event if exhibiting:
- Aggressive, offensive, or abusive behavior
- Obscene, foul, or profane language
- Failure to supervise children under your care
- Non-compliance with safety instructions or these Terms
Alcohol and drugs of any kind are strictly prohibited. You may be denied entry if suspected to be under the influence.
Glassware, sharp objects, and any items deemed unsafe are not permitted.
Animals are not allowed on the premises, with the exception of certified assistance animals.
For the safety and comfort of all guests, frisbees, scooters, skateboards, balls, or similar items are not permitted.
The use of recording devices in change rooms or bathrooms is strictly prohibited.

Smoking, vaping, or use of e-cigarettes is only permitted in designated areas, and no food or drinks may be consumed within these areas, in accordance with South Australian law.

All tickets must be original and clearly display the correct session time and date.
Photo ID may be required for admission.
Any fraudulent ticket use will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

The Real Santa Experience is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the experience, including branding, imagery, or set design, without express written permission.

Bag checks may be conducted for security purposes upon entry.
Vehicles are parked at your own risk. The Real Santa Experience is not liable for any damage, theft, or loss relating to vehicles or their contents.
Participation in photo experiences is at your own risk. The Real Santa Experience accepts no liability for accidents, injury, or property damage resulting from negligence or misuse of the premises.
